I've never eaten at this establishment before tonight. It started off very badly. There was a mix up with our order and while me and my son ate my wife was left waiting for her crab legs. So why 5 starts. Jeff the manager and our waitress did all they could and made things right. I appreciate persons taking responsibility and treating customers with TLC. It's missing in the industry now a days. The way they handled the mishap made me go back during the intermission and order some chicken wings. Oh boy I'm so glad I did that. They make the best wings I've had in a long time. Cooked just right nice and crispy. The seasoning is incredible. And the sauces are awesome. Jeff & Co. You've made us a Chickie's & Pete's family for life. Thanks again.
Nice little stop in before heading into the p p l venue in Allentown to see a show. The food service was fast. Crab fries and cheese steak nachos. Amply portions for two. When the venue doors opened, we went right in! How convenient.
Tasty food! The Crabfries were the perfect appetizers, along with the cheese and sweet maple dipping sauce. The Crabcake Sandwich and Lobster Roll were delicious. The restaurant was clean, spacious and well decorated. Lots of TVs!
Great restaurant. It is a huge sports bar with TVs around every corner. Order their fries. They are amazing. We got the lobster roll and the king crab legs.... everything was just amazing. The only bad part that I found out is that it was a little too spicy for me. Other than that it was a great place.
I've ordered here twice. I've always ordered the cheese burger and fries. The two times that I ordered, the burgers were well done and seasoned well. The fries were to die for, golden and crispy, just how I like them and the two big cheese cups they give you for the fries I recommend this place to everyone, a little pricey but the food is well worth it. Also they're chicken tenders are crispy and juicy also a recommended item.
I was there this past Thursday even tho it was so understaffed my waitress Stephany was very friendly and did her best to make our experience the best! I think manager should schedule properly to avoid so much stress to the customers and staff. Thanks Stephany for making our experience more pleasant.
